Lorenzo Foglia is a PhD student in Mathematical, Computational and Systems Biology. He is particularly interested in using computational methods to investigate on the dynamical mechanisms underlying biological processes. Currently, he is studying the self-assembly dynamics of HIV-1 capsid proteins. When he is not busy studying or analyzing data at the lab, you can find him playing sports or having a BBQ with friends.
